Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just specify the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
